Form LMS offers two types of reports: Dashboard reports for quick visual insights, and custom reports you build with the Report Builder.
✅ Before you start: You need the Admin role.
Dashboard reports
Dashboard reports display data as pre-configured charts. They cover Digital Learning, System Usage, Learning Activity, and Course Completion Overview.
Custom reports (Report Builder)
You can create three types of custom report:
- Course completion report: view completion status for multiple courses.
- Module completion report: view completion status for all modules within a course.
- Events bookings report: view bookings on face-to-face and virtual events.
Run an existing custom report
- Go to Reports → Reports to view your list of reports.
- Click Run now on the report you want to view.
- The report displays on screen using the configured columns and filters.
You can also:
- Generate CSV: click this button in the top right to export the report as a CSV file.
- Edit report: click this button in the top right to change the filters and columns.
