You need the latest version of one of the following browsers:

Other requirements
- JavaScript enabled in your browser
- Windows 11 and Mac OS are supported.
- Minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768
- Internet access
- Speakers or headphones (recommended for audio content)
Internet Explorer
Support for Internet Explorer ended in 2020. Form LMS uses modern web standards that require a current browser.
Virtual Desktop Infrastructure / Citrix
Virtual desktop offerings vary, from session-based to virtual machine-based (pooled or personal). Run full testing for each deployment type before any training rollout. Carry out user acceptance testing across all available desktop settings in your organisation.
Internet access considerations
Organisations using web proxy servers, caching servers, or content-checking servers (for example Websense) may have issues posting scores and status changes. Set Me Learning URLs as exceptions to bypass these servers. Test this as part of your onboarding process.
