The Event Bookings report provides filterable booking data for all events in your workspace. This includes locations, trainers, sessions, and more.
✅ Before you start: You need the Site Admin role.
Create an Event Bookings report
- Go to Reports → Report Builder and click Create Report.
- Enter a Name and Description.
- Under 1. Select report, choose Event Bookings.
- Under 2. Select columns, click the arrow next to each column name to add it to the report. You can include event and session details.
- Under Select filters, choose from the drop-down options to filter results. For example, filter by Event.
Save the report
You have the following save options:
- Save and run: Save and display the report on screen in a single step.
- Save changes: Save changes to report settings, name, or description without running the report.
- Generate CSV: Export data as a CSV file without saving or running the report on screen. This is useful for verifying settings before saving.
