How do I purchase courses?
- Go to the online shop.
- Find the courses you want and add them to your basket.
- Go to the checkout and complete your order.
How do I access purchased courses for myself?
- Once purchased, course codes are in your orders.
- Redeem them on the redeem code page.
- Once redeemed, access your courses on your my learning page.
How do I share purchased courses with others?
- Once purchased, course codes are in your orders.
- Copy and paste the course codes and share them with your learners manually (via email, Teams, Slack, etc.).
- Learners can then register for an account and redeem the codes on the redeem code page.
- Once redeemed, they can access their courses on their my learning page.

Are the courses accredited?
Yes. Ready-made courses are independently assessed and accredited by the CPD Certification Service and other leading accreditation bodies.
What devices can I use?
Courses work on any device connected to the internet. Desktop or laptop devices are recommended for the best experience.
Which browsers are supported?
Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge are recommended.
How long does a course take?
Each course listing shows an estimated duration next to the price.
Do I need to complete a course in one sitting?
No. You can return at any time and continue where you left off. Your progress is saved automatically.
What do I get when I purchase a course?
Each purchase provides one learner with 12 months' access to the course and a downloadable certificate on completion.
Can I purchase courses for my organisation?

What payment methods are accepted?
The online shop accepts major debit and credit cards. Organisations can request invoiced orders by contacting the team.
