How do I reset my Password?

Learn how to reset your password in Form LMS, whether you are logged in or not.

Reset your password while logged in

1. Click your account icon (the circle with your initials) at the top right.
2. Select My profile.
3. Select Security on the left sidebar.
4. Click Change password.
5. Enter your current password, then type a new password that meets these requirements:
   • 8 or more characters
   • At least one lowercase letter
   • At least one uppercase letter
   • At least one special character (= + - ^ $ * . [ ] { } ( ) ? " ! @ # % / \ , > < ' : ; | _ ~ `)
   • At least one number
6. Re-type the new password in the confirmation field.
7. Click Save password.

Your password is now updated.

Reset your password when not logged in

1. Go to https://app.melearning.co.uk/auth/reset-password.
2. Enter your email address and click Send reset code.
3. Check your email for a reset code.
4. Enter the reset code in the Verification code field and click Next step.
5. Enter your new password in both the New password and Confirm new password fields.
6. Click Confirm password.
7. Log in with your new password.

Your password is now reset and you can access Form.
