Reset your Form LMS password, whether you're currently logged in or locked out of your account.
Choose your situation:
Change your password (logged in)
- Click your initials at the top right of the page and select My profile.
- Select Security on the left sidebar.
- Click Change password.
- Enter your current password, then type a new password that meets the requirements below.
- Re-type the new password to confirm.
- Click Save password.
ℹ️ Password requirements: Your password must be at least 8 characters and include at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character:

Reset your password (not logged in)
- Go to https://app.melearning.co.uk/auth/reset-password
- Enter your email address and click Send reset code.
- Check your email for a verification code.
- Enter the code in the Verification code field and click Next step.
- Enter your new password in both the New password and Confirm new password fields.
- Click Confirm password.
You'll be redirected to the login page. Log in with your new password.
Something not working?
Didn't receive the reset email? Check your spam or junk folder. Make sure you're entering the email address your Form LMS account is registered to.
Reset code expired? Codes are valid for a limited time. Go back to the reset page and request a new code.
