Managing users
Invite users
Invite learners to your organisation units. Assign them to groups and enrol them onto courses during the invitation.
Edit users
Edit user accounts within your organisation units. Update profile details or change organisation unit and group memberships.
View user history
View and manage learners' course enrolments, event bookings, and module completion status.
Archive a user profile
Archive inactive user accounts to remove them from active lists. Their learning history is preserved.
Restore a user profile
Restore previously archived user accounts to make them active again within your organisation units.
Managing course enrolments
Enrol learners on a course
Add learners from your organisation units to courses, individually or in bulk.
Withdraw learners from a course
Remove learners from courses they no longer need to complete.
Bulk actions
Perform actions on multiple users at once. For example, enrol or withdraw several learners from courses.
Managing event bookings
Book learners onto an event session
Reserve places for learners from your organisation units on scheduled event sessions.
Cancel a session booking
Remove learner bookings from event sessions when they can no longer attend.

Check which learners from your organisation units are booked onto event sessions.
