After sending invitations, you can check their status, resend or cancel them, copy the invitation link, and manage user verification.
✅ Before you start: You need the Admin or Manager role.
Check invite status
Go to People → Users. Find the user and click Filter → Status. The available statuses are:
- Active - the user has completed registration and can access the workspace.
- Invited - the user has been sent an invitation but has not yet registered.
- Pending - the user has started registration but has not completed email verification.
- Cancelled - the invitation has been cancelled by an administrator.
- Deleted - the user profile has been deleted and can no longer access the workspace.
- Expired - the user profile has exceeded its expiry date and can no longer access the workspace.
Resend or cancel an invitation and copy the invitation link
If an invitation is missed or goes to junk, you can resend it. If the wrong person was invited or the email address is incorrect, you can cancel it. You can also copy the invitation link to send directly to the user.
Find the user: Go to People → Users and use the search bar or filters. In a workspace, filter by Invited or Cancelled. Outside a workspace, use the search bar.
- Resend invitation: Click the three-dot menu and choose Resend invitation. Click confirm. The invite is resent to the user's email.
- Cancel invitation: Click the three-dot menu and select Cancel invitation. Click Cancel Invite to confirm. The invite no longer works and the user cannot access the workspace.
- Copy invitation link: Click the three-dot menu and select Copy Invitation link. This copies the original invitation link. You can then send it to the learner manually.
Manage user verification
New users must verify their email address to activate their account. After receiving an invitation, users complete verification by:
- Clicking the verification link in the email.
- Entering the provided verification code.
ℹ️ If a user has not verified their email, ask them to check their inbox and follow the verification link.
Resend verification emails
Administrators can resend the verification email:
- Go to People → Users.
- Include Pending in the Status filters and search for the user's email.

- Click the three-dot menu next to the user's name.

- Select Resend verification email.
Once the user completes verification, their account becomes Active. You can then reset passwords for users who cannot remember their credentials.
