A user profile is what gives someone access to a workspace. These profiles can be archived, after which they will no longer have access to that workspace. Restoring an archived profile will give the user access again.

Restoring an archived profile
- Find the archived user: By default the user list hides archived profiles, but you can access them by using filters. Go to the filter bar and select the status filter, then check the archived box to show archived profiles in the workspace.
- Restore profile: Click ⁝ menu then → Restore profile. Restoring profiles will allow the user to access the workspace again. They will be able to see their completion history but they will not have previous uncompleted bookings or enrolments.
- Confirm restore: Click Restore profile to confirm. The profile will then be Active, giving the user access to the workspace using their existing credentials.
