Archive a user profile to remove their access to a specific workspace in Form LMS.
✅ Before you start: You need the Site admin or Admin role.
A user profile gives a user their role, details and access within a workspace. If the user no longer needs access to a specific workspace, you can archive their profile.
Archive a user profile
- Find the user: Open a workspace and go to People → Users. Use the search bar and filters to find the profile you need to archive.
- Archive the profile: Click the three dots menu next to History, then choose Archive profile. Archiving a profile cancels any active event bookings they have in that workspace.
- Confirm: Click Archive profile to confirm. The user no longer has access to the workspace.
Find an archived user profile
By default, the user list hides archived profiles. To view them, go to the filter bar and select the status filter, then choose Archived. All archived profiles in the workspace are displayed.
