The Media library is a shared catalogue of images that can be used across your Form LMS site.
✅ Before you start: You need the Site admin or Admin role.
These images can be used for your site logo, certificate logos, course thumbnail images, and more.
Upload media
- Go to Setup → Media library.
- Click Upload in the top right corner of the page. This opens the document browser.
- Choose the image you want to upload.
💡 For optimal results, upload images in PNG or JPG format that are 500 KB or less in size.
Images uploaded to the Media library are available for all administrators to use across your site.
Edit media
- Details: You can edit information such as the image name and add a description.
- Alt text: Add alt text to make the image accessible to screen readers.
