View bookings for event sessions after learners have booked themselves or been booked by an admin or manager.
✅ Before you start: You need the Site admin, Admin, or Manager role.
View session bookings
- Go to Catalogue → Events.
- Click the three-dot menu next to the relevant event and select View sessions.
- Find the session date, click its three-dot menu, and select View bookings.
This loads all current bookings for the session. It shows the number of spaces taken and available.
The booking labels differ depending on whether a booking form was used.
ℹ️ If an event has a required booking form, bulk booking by admins or managers bypasses the form.
Example
The example below shows different booking types.
Blue box examples: The learner or an admin booked the learner through an active, required booking form.
Green box examples: An admin or manager bulk-booked the learner. This also applies when booking forms are not enabled.
- A. The learner booked themselves through a booking form. Admins can view the form to check any special requirements.
- B. This booking has been cancelled by the learner or an admin.
- C. An admin or manager booked this learner as part of a bulk booking. No booking form was used.
- D. This booking has been cancelled. No booking form was used because it was a bulk booking.
