Learners can join a waitlist when an event session is full. They use the Join Waitlist feature on the session page.
Join a waitlist
Both the learner and administrators receive an email confirming the waitlist entry.
When a space opens
When a cancellation or space becomes available, all learners on the waitlist receive an email notification.
The learner can then log in to Form, go to the event session, and book themselves on. Administrators are not notified when waitlist availability opens. Only waitlist participants receive the notification.
ℹ️ This is a first-come, first-served feature. The first learner to book takes the available space.
Remove a Learner from the waitlist
Administrators can remove a learner from the waitlist on the session page.
