Form LMS reporting helps you find the information you need with a clean, straightforward interface.
The reporting suite has two types of reports:
Dashboard reports
- Dashboard reporting displays data using straightforward graphs. It helps you gain quick insights into your organisation's learning activity.
- Dashboard reports present your data on screen as pre-configured charts.
Report Builder
- The Report Builder (Reports → Reports → Report Builder) is useful for in-depth data analysis, custom reports, and exporting data as a .csv file.
- It creates tailored reports with detailed information. For example, you can pull all training records from an organisation unit. Learn more about organisation units.
ℹ️ Note: Reports are split between the LMS (Learning Management System) and EBS (Event Booking System) in Form. If you build your own courses, you can include an event as a module within the course. This means it shows within LMS reporting. See the course creation article for further guidance.
User reports
For user-related data, use People → Bulk actions → Export learners instead of the Reports function. This exports one entry per person, including all relevant statuses and creation dates.
