Admins can edit a user's training history to manually complete modules or reset them back to Not started.
✅ Before you start: You need the Admin role.
Manually update modules
- Go to People → Users.
- Search for the user and view their History.
- Click the dropdown arrow on the far right of the course to expand the module view.
Click the pencil icon next to each module to edit. Choose Completed or set it back to Not started.
ℹ️ You can only complete one module at a time.
- Click Save to update the module.
⚠️ Once a module is set to Completed, it can no longer be edited.
⚠️ A completed course cannot have its modules amended.
