Log in as a learner to see Form LMS from their perspective. This is useful for troubleshooting, demonstrations, and testing learner-specific features.
✅ Before you start: You need the Site Admin or Admin role.
Log in as a learner
- Go to People → Users.
- Find the learner you want to view as.
- Click the ⁝ menu next to their name and select Login as learner.
You'll now see Form from the learner's perspective, including their dashboard, courses, and progress.
ℹ️ Note: If you are a Site Admin, you need to be in the learner's workspace first. Click the dropdown arrow on the user row to see their workspace, then click the workspace name to switch to it.
Return to your admin account
To switch back, click the banner at the top of the page or log out and log back in with your own credentials.
⚠️ Important: Any actions you take while logged in as a learner will affect their account. Do not submit or complete courses on their behalf unless intended.
