- Bulk add to group - You can now add multiple users to a group at once by uploading a CSV file. A validation summary shows who will be added or skipped before you confirm. Adding users this way does not enrol them on courses automatically.
- Bulk remove from group - You can now remove multiple users from a group in one action. Choose a group, then select members from a searchable list or upload a CSV file. Users who are not in the group are skipped, and the rest of the list still processes.
Improvements
- We've made the user list in bulk enrol and withdraw clearer. Enrolment statuses now use the same labels as the filters, and last completed dates show whether they come from a previous or external record.
- The Cancel, Back and Next buttons in bulk enrol and withdraw now stay on screen while you scroll long user lists.
- SCORM packages downloaded from Form LMS now scale correctly on mobile and tablet devices when played in another LMS.

- External records in bulk enrolment - Bulk enrolment now checks external completion records as well as those held in Form LMS. Admins can see who has already completed a course externally, so you can enrol the right people and skip duplicate enrolments.
- Failed modules no longer fail the whole course - A failed module now leaves the course in progress instead of marking it as failed. Learners can retake the module until they achieve a passing score, and admins no longer need to re-enrol them.
Optimisations and bug fixes
- Fixed an issue where some emails, including user invitations and some report emails, were not being sent.
- Fixed an issue where a submitted session register did not update a learner's history. Attendees now show as completed once the register is submitted, instead of staying as booked.
- The learner history table now sorts by completion date by default, on both the admin and learner views. The most recent completions show first.
- Fixed an issue where downloading individual SCORM module files could produce the wrong file names after a course was updated.
- Report storage optimisation - We've changed how report data is stored behind the scenes to keep report generation and downloads fast and reliable as data grows.

- Waitlist improvements - Learners can now see and join a waitlist for fully booked sessions directly from the sessions listing view within a course.
- Previous completion link - When you open a course you have finished before, you now see a note and a link straight to your last completion.

- Learner-facing Failed status is now Not passed across My courses, My completions, Browse courses, course views and report filters. A failed module no longer marks the whole course as failed.
- Clearer booking history - Booking history is now visible and scoped to your current enrolment, showing each status change with its date. Events you have not booked show a clear Not booked label instead of an empty card.
- Better booking visibility - Your booking now shows your current session, or a helpful prompt when you have not booked. Upcoming sessions show the date, location, trainer and spaces, with a Book action where allowed. Overbooked sessions show Fully booked instead of a negative number.
- Clearer learner history - Learner history now shows the course type (Digital, Blended or Event) and uses expandable rows for event booking history. Columns adapt to each module type and show booking status for individual sessions.
- Events with many sessions now load faster, after streamlining the data the course view requests.

- Mobile navigation - We've redesigned the mobile menu to open as a side panel with a clear navigation tree and indented child items. The profile menu now behaves the same way, and only one panel can be open at a time. Page titles no longer render under the sticky header after navigation, and section navigation in sidebar views works better on small screens.
- Bulk enrolment and withdrawal navigation - You can now move backward through the bulk enrolment and bulk withdrawal flows. The back button and clickable progress steps let you review or change earlier selections without restarting.

Session booking controls - We've improved event capacity management with role-based permissions:
- Admins now see a confirmation popup when attempting to overbook a session, showing current capacity, existing bookings, and the overbooking amount. Choose Confirm overbooking or Cancel.
- Managers can no longer overbook sessions. A message advises them to contact an admin if they need to overbook.

- Location search and sorting - Fixed an issue with the advanced search when adding locations to a session. Locations now sort alphabetically, and keyword search works correctly.
