• Bulk add to group - You can now add multiple users to a group at once by uploading a CSV file. A validation summary shows who will be added or skipped before you confirm. Adding users this way does not enrol them on courses automatically.
• Bulk remove from group - You can now remove multiple users from a group in one action. Choose a group, then select members from a searchable list or upload a CSV file. Users who are not in the group are skipped, and the rest of the list still processes.

Improvements

• We've made the user list in bulk enrol and withdraw clearer. Enrolment statuses now use the same labels as the filters, and last completed dates show whether they come from a previous or external record.
• The Cancel, Back and Next buttons in bulk enrol and withdraw now stay on screen while you scroll long user lists.
• SCORM packages downloaded from Form LMS now scale correctly on mobile and tablet devices when played in another LMS.

New features

• External records in bulk enrolment - Bulk enrolment now checks external completion records as well as those held in Form LMS. Admins can see who has already completed a course externally, so you can enrol the right people and skip duplicate enrolments.
• Failed modules no longer fail the whole course - A failed module now leaves the course in progress instead of marking it as failed. Learners can retake the module until they achieve a passing score, and admins no longer need to re-enrol them.

Optimisations and bug fixes

• Fixed an issue where some emails, including user invitations and some report emails, were not being sent.
• Fixed an issue where a submitted session register did not update a learner's history. Attendees now show as completed once the register is submitted, instead of staying as booked.
• The learner history table now sorts by completion date by default, on both the admin and learner views. The most recent completions show first.
• Fixed an issue where downloading individual SCORM module files could produce the wrong file names after a course was updated.
• Report storage optimisation - We've changed how report data is stored behind the scenes to keep report generation and downloads fast and reliable as data grows.

• Bulk move users to an organisation unit - You can now move many users into one organisation unit in a single action. Choose users from a list or upload a CSV of email addresses, then pick the target unit. Go to Users → Bulk actions to start.

• Authorisation header handling - We've made authorisation header handling consistent across the API. This fixes an issue where some requests could be rejected depending on the header name used.

• My Learning redesign - My courses now shows your active enrolments by default, with a Status filter to narrow the list. Finished enrolments, including historic event courses which were previously marked as failed, move to My completions under a Not passed filter.
• New attendance statuses - Event courses now support Partially attended status for multi-date sessions. Event status now covers booked, passed, not passed, absent, partially attended, awaiting feedback and register pending. All statuses are clearly surfaced to both admins and learners.
• Waitlist improvements - Learners can now see and join a waitlist for fully booked sessions directly from the sessions listing view within a course.
• Previous completion link - When you open a course you have finished before, you now see a note and a link straight to your last completion.

Improvements

• Learner-facing Failed status is now Not passed across My courses, My completions, Browse courses, course views and report filters. A failed module no longer marks the whole course as failed.
• Clearer booking history - Booking history is now visible and scoped to your current enrolment, showing each status change with its date. Events you have not booked show a clear Not booked label instead of an empty card.
• Better booking visibility - Your booking now shows your current session, or a helpful prompt when you have not booked. Upcoming sessions show the date, location, trainer and spaces, with a Book action where allowed. Overbooked sessions show Fully booked instead of a negative number.
• Clearer learner history - Learner history now shows the course type (Digital, Blended or Event) and uses expandable rows for event booking history. Columns adapt to each module type and show booking status for individual sessions.
• Events with many sessions now load faster, after streamlining the data the course view requests.

New features

• Smarter reminders for event-based courses - Course reminders are now automatically switched off for event-based and blended courses. Learners are reminded by their booked session instead, and a note explains this when adding an event to a course.

• Faster user search - Searching the users and profiles lists is now much faster, particularly on large customer instances.
• Smoother enrolment processing - Removed a periodic delay that occasionally caused short pauses when completing enrolments or issuing certificates.
• Faster booking lookups - Sped up the queries used when viewing or managing bookings for event sessions.
• Faster user activity reports - The user activity time report now runs faster across longer date ranges and larger workspaces.
• Faster report data refresh - Report data now updates more quickly after changes to user roles and permissions.

• Password requirement feedback - The password change and self-registration pages now update dynamically to show which requirements have been met as you type.
• Bulk enrolment filters - Filters and search on Step 1 of the bulk enrolment flow now persist when you navigate to later steps and back.
• Faster session status updates - Sessions now move between upcoming, in progress, and ended states more quickly once their scheduled times pass. This also reduces overall system load.
• Faster custom field updates in reports - Edits to learner custom field values now show up in reports more quickly, after the next scheduled refresh.

• Fixed an issue where some enrolment, booking, and cancellation emails were not being delivered to recipients.
• Resolved an issue where admins were unable to remove submitted expressions of interest from event sessions.
• Fixed an issue where passwords starting with a special character were incorrectly rejected, even when they met all other criteria.

• Cancel learners from event waitlists - Admins can now remove learners from a session's waitlist directly, where previously this option was missing.
• Update invited learner email via API - The API can now change the email address of an invited learner and resend the invitation to the new address. Previously this required revoking and recreating the invite.

• Mobile navigation - We've redesigned the mobile menu to open as a side panel with a clear navigation tree and indented child items. The profile menu now behaves the same way, and only one panel can be open at a time. Page titles no longer render under the sticky header after navigation, and section navigation in sidebar views works better on small screens.
• Bulk enrolment and withdrawal navigation - You can now move backward through the bulk enrolment and bulk withdrawal flows. The back button and clickable progress steps let you review or change earlier selections without restarting.

• Fixed an issue where the face-to-face attendance lists report was not showing the venue, room, or trainer name for some sessions.

• Custom branding controls - You can now upload your own footer logo and customise the header text and background colour on workspace and enrolment emails. Go to Settings → Footer and Settings → Email Template to set these per workspace.

• Course request page learner details - Learners now appear with email, first name, and last name, making them easier to identify at a glance.
• Bulk enrol and withdraw search - Users now appear with separate First name and Last name columns, and search matches on either, aligning with the main Users list.

• Bulk booking stability - Fixed an issue where bulk booking multiple learners could show an incomplete list. The list view now refreshes only once all bookings are complete, and the modal correctly shows the number of users without enrolments.

• Session booking controls - We've improved event capacity management with role-based permissions:
  • Admins now see a confirmation popup when attempting to overbook a session, showing current capacity, existing bookings, and the overbooking amount. Choose Confirm overbooking or Cancel.
  • Managers can no longer overbook sessions. A message advises them to contact an admin if they need to overbook.

Bug fixes

• Location search and sorting - Fixed an issue with the advanced search when adding locations to a session. Locations now sort alphabetically, and keyword search works correctly.
• Event sessions calendar view - We've removed redundant entries for events spanning multiple session dates, so the calendar is cleaner and easier to read.

• Course details load faster - We've redesigned how course version data is stored, so information now loads much more quickly when you view a course. What used to take over half a second now takes less than 0.1 seconds.
• More reliable notifications - We've upgraded how notifications are processed to better handle busy periods. Messages now move through Form more smoothly, and any issues are automatically retried or flagged for review.

• User profile Org unit and Groups tab - Fixed an issue where the Org unit and Groups tab on the user profile would load indefinitely after a page refresh.
• API user expiry date updates - Fixed an issue with intermittent errors when updating a user's expiry date via the API. Partial updates now process correctly without needing all fields.
• Duplicate scheduled report emails - Fixed an issue where scheduled reports were sent multiple times every two hours. Monthly schedules now work correctly for all calendar month lengths.
