The Feedback report displays all learner responses given at the end of their digital training in Form LMS.
✅ Before you start: You need the Site admin or Admin role.
Create a Feedback report
- Go to Reports → Reports and click Create report.
- Name: Enter a name for the report (for example, a course-specific name).
- Description: Describe what the report contains (for example, "Feedback responses for GDPR training").
1. Select report type
- Select Course feedback to report on feedback given by learners to courses.
- Select Trainer feedback to report on trainer feedback from events or sessions.
2. Select columns
- Below the 2. Select columns heading, review the available column headings.
- Click the arrow to the right of a column name to add it to the report.
3. Select filters
- Click Add Filter.
- Click the text box to see available filters (for example, Course name). Choose the filter type (Equals or Contains) and enter a matching value.
- Click Confirm. The applied filter displays (for example, "Course name Contains Safeguarding").
Save the report
Choose one of the following save options:
- Save and run: Saves the report and runs it on screen immediately.
- Save changes: Saves your report settings without re-running the report.
- Generate CSV: Generates a CSV file directly, useful for verifying report settings before saving or scheduling.
- Schedule report: Schedules the report for automatic delivery. See scheduling reports for details.
