Self-registration in Form LMS lets you sign up to Form yourself, without needing an admin to send an invitation.
⚠️ Self-registration only works if you do not already have an account on Form. If you have an account in a different workspace, you need an invite to the new workspace from your training organisation.
Use a self-registration link
- Follow the link and fill in the user details. Complete all mandatory fields marked with an *. Some fields may have specific text or numerical input. Use the help text below each field for guidance.
- Set an account password. You will use this password for future logins.
- Select your organisation unit from the list.
- Once all fields are completed, click the Sign up button.
You are then asked to read and accept the terms and conditions. After accepting, Form prompts you to verify your account using the email you received. If you do not receive the email, check your junk and spam folders.
Click Verify email address in the email. This takes you back to the login page. Enter your email address and password to log in.
Any automatic enrolments from your organisation appear on your homepage. You can also browse the course or event catalogue to enrol or book onto available training.
