Self-registration in Form LMS lets your users sign up to Form themselves, saving you time and effort.
✅ Before you start: You need the Site admin or Admin role.
You can generate and share self-registration keys. Your users click a link, enter their details and access their training. Links can be customised to give access to specific areas of your organisation.
This means you can set up auto-enrolments on an organisation unit or group, share a sign-up link, and your users handle the rest. They get access to the courses they need without manual intervention.
ℹ️ Note: Self-registration only works if the learner does not already have an account on the Form site. If they have an account in a different workspace, they need to be invited to the new workspace instead.
