If you build a course in one workspace, you need to offer it to other workspaces so they can access it.
✅ Before you start: You need the Site admin role.
Create a course licence offer
- Go to Catalogue → Licences → click New offer.
- In the Select customer field, choose an existing customer.
- In the Select courses field, choose the courses you want to offer.
- Set the number of licences in the Licences field:
- For unlimited licences, select No limit.
- For limited licences, select Limited → enter the number of licences.
- Set the expiry of the licence offer in the Time field:
- For no expiry, select No limit.
- For a set period, select Limited → enter the start and end dates.
- Click Send offer.
The courses now appear in the selected customer site across all their workspaces.
