Courses contain training content (SCORM modules or events) that learners are enrolled on in Form LMS. You can customise them with settings for certificates, feedback forms, notifications, enrolment types, visibility and more.

View the course catalogue
The course catalogue is the list of courses on your site. From here, you can edit course settings, manage enrolments and withdrawals, and preview courses.
To see the course catalogue, go to Catalogue → Courses.
Courses display in a list layout by default. This shows your courses in a table with the following columns:

You can change the page layout to a grid by clicking the grid icon next to the filters button. This displays courses on individual cards with thumbnails visible. Your chosen view is remembered next time you access the catalogue.
Both layouts include a search box and filters. Each course has the following actions available:

| Edit | Edit the settings of the course. |
| Preview | Preview the course as it would appear to learners on the Browse courses page. |
| Enrol learners | Enrol learners onto the course. |
| Withdraw learners | Withdraw learners from the course. |
| Copy | Duplicate the course. Only available for courses created in the same workspace. |
| Share | Share a course to other workspaces in your organisation. Only available to site admin users. |
