Log in to Form LMS to access your courses, manage learners, or administer your workspace.
✅ Before you start: You need a Form LMS account. If you don't have one, ask your training organisation to send you an invite, or use a self-registration link if one has been provided.
Log in
- Go to https://app.melearning.co.uk/
- Enter your Email address and click Next.
- Enter your Password and click Log in.
ℹ️ Note: All users (Learners, Managers, and Admins) use the same login link. If your organisation uses single sign-on (SSO), you may be redirected to your organisation's login page instead.
Something not working?
Forgotten your password? See Reset your password.
"Account not found" error? Check you're using the email address your invitation was sent to. If you haven't received an invite, contact your training organisation.
Using SSO? If your organisation uses single sign-on, you may need to log in through your organisation's portal instead. See SSO and 2FA/MFA for more details.
