Events handle the booking and management of face-to-face or virtual trainer-led sessions in Form LMS.

Events include general information such as descriptions and objectives. As events can be held at different times, locations and by different trainers, each scheduled instance of an event is called a session.
What the Event Booking System includes
The Event Booking System provides tools to create, schedule and manage events:
- Set maximum and minimum attendees with automated cancellation rules.
- Manage trainer information and availability. Form highlights any conflicts when you create and schedule sessions.
- Report on event attendance and feedback submitted.
- Award certificates to learners upon attendance.
- Learners can view and book available sessions.
- Set up waitlists, which alert learners to cancellations or prompt admins to create additional sessions.
- Control visibility at the event level.
Using the Event Booking System
The Event Booking System can be used as a standalone system or integrated with the LMS.
