This guide explains how to find your courses, track your progress, download certificates, and browse available courses in Form LMS.
✅ Before you start: You need the Learner role. You must have accepted your invitation and verified your account.
My Courses
When you first log in, you see a welcome message. Below it, the My Courses section shows courses you have been enrolled onto.
Click the View button on the right side of a course. This takes you to the module list, where you can launch and work through each module.
Form saves your progress as you work through a course. When you close the module view, the page refreshes. Module statuses update to "In Progress" or "Completed" based on your progress.
My Completions
Once you complete a course, Form issues a certificate. Go to the My Completions tab to find it.
Click the badge icon to download your certificate.
Browse Courses
If your organisation has open courses available, you can find them under Browse Courses.
Click View to see course details, then click Enrol to add yourself. Some courses may require approval from an admin before your enrolment is confirmed.
