Any discount codes will need to be applied before proceeding to the checkout.
Apply Discount Code to Single Item
On the course details page, add the course to your basket as normal:
You will then be prompted to enter a discount code before finally adding the course to your basket:
Enter the code and click Apply, if valid, the discount value should be deducted from the total price:
Once applied, and you see the appropriate value, click Checkout Now to proceed with the order:
You will now need to complete the checkout process as normal, but please review the order and ensure any discounts have been applied, and you see the value you expect to pay. If this is a free course the value should be zero, if there is still an amount to be paid, the code hasn't been applied - return to the home page by clicking the Me Learning logo located top left and follow the below.
Apply Discount Code to Basket
To apply a discount code to items already added to your basket, first, click the basket icon:
This will produce a pop-up, click View basket:
Finally, enter the discount code in the relevant field, click Apply, and the discount value should be deducted from the total. You can now proceed through checkout as normal.
