Reporting can be performed against Events or Sessions, then displayed or exported.
Events
- In Blue LMS hover over the Events menu and select Events
- Click Reports
- Click the Details button
- Click Session between
- Click a From: and To: date from the calendar, using the chevrons to change the months then click Apply Note: If left blank, all Events will be shown
- Optionally filter, by clicking Status then select either Draft or Active, then click Apply
- Optionally filter, by clicking Trainer and then search for a trainer by entering a name in the Search field, then click their name then click Apply
- Finally click Generate to view the results
- To view in Excel, click Export CSV and open the resulting file
Sessions
- In Blue LMS hover over the Events menu and select Events
- Click Reports
- Click the Details button
- Click Session Between
- Click a From: and To: date from the calendar, using the chevrons to change the months then click Apply Note: If left blank, all Events will be shown, then click apply.
- Optionally filter, by clicking Status then select either Draft, Active, Archive or Ended then click Apply
- Optionally filter, by clicking Trainer and then search for a trainer by entering a name in the Search field, then click their name then click Apply
- Finally click Generate to view the results
To view in Excel, click Export CSV and open the resulting file.
