Advise the learner to search their inbox for any emails from @melearning.co.uk and check their spam/junk folders as a precaution.
If no email is found, reset their password as an administrator – go to Users > Manage Users and search for the learner using the filters available. Click on the edit (pencil) icon then the reset password link.
Enter a temporary password and tick the box below to ensure a new email containing their log in details is re-sent, then click Update at the bottom of the page:
If the learner still has not received an email, contact Me Learning’s helpdesk (email@example.com) to check outbound mail logs.
