Virtual Desktop Infrastructure / Citrix
There are various offerings for the virtualization of desktops, be they session based or virtual machine based (pooled or personal), so it is recommended that for each type of deployment, full testing is carried out prior to any training rollout. User acceptance testing should be carried out across the full range of available desktop settings within your organisation.
Internet Access Considerations
Organisations using Web Proxy servers / Caching Servers / Content Checking servers (e.g. Websense) may encounter issues with posting scores and status changes back to our LMS. Access to Me Learning URLs should be set as exceptions to bypass the above and should be tested as part of the onboarding process.
