There is an issue with running our content in Microsoft Edge and this remains unresolved, with regards finding a solution and updating our modules, so in the interim, if using Microsoft Edge, you are advised to switch to Internet Explorer 11, as it is more stable.
Switch to IE 11
1. Open the browser, as normal, usually from a link in an email
2. Click the three dots, located in the top right corner, directly below the X, or click ALT-X
3. From the displayed menu, choose "Open with Internet Explorer", as per the image, below:
