Trainers are assigned to events or sessions. They record attendance, provide assessments, and submit trainer feedback.
✅ Before you start: You need the Site Admin role.
To invite a trainer, follow the Invite a Site Admin or Trainer guide.
If the trainer also needs to be a learner on your workspace, see Invite a user.
Manage a trainer's availability
- Go to the Site Admin Workspace.
- Go to People → Site admins and Trainers.
- Find the trainer in the list and click Edit.
- Review their details:
- Details: View their email, first name, and last name.
- Roles: Manage the trainer's workspace permissions and check their availability. This information is used when creating sessions, so trainers can be selected based on their availability.
- Click Save changes when you are done.
The trainer's details are now updated.
