Overview
Auto-enrol targets can be assigned to sectors, services and groups. When assigned, learners created within, or added to, the sector, service or group will be automatically enrolled onto the chosen course(s).
Auto-enrol by sector
Access Manage auto-enrol targets from the Courses menu
Begin typing the name of the required course in to the search box, or select from the full list by clicking the link, then select the View / edit auto enrol targets button
Select the sector(s) and service(s) which the course is to be auto-enrolled to, then click the Set auto-enrol targets button.
Existing auto enrol targets can be removed by clicking the Reset auto-enrol targets button.
Auto enrol by group
Within Manage auto-enrol targets, select the Auto-enrol by group tab.
Begin typing the name of the required course in to the search box, or select from the full list by clicking the link, then select the View / edit auto enrol targets button
Choose the group(s) which the course is to be auto-enrolled to and click the Set auto-enrol targets button.
